Shortly, an open house will be held on the construction site of Baltic NPP and a training center in workers’ skills will be established. This had been an agenda item of a routine meeting of the construction control panel of Units 1 and 2, the Public Information Center of the Directorate of Baltic NPP under Construction said.

To this end the principal contractor will have to mobilize contractors, the designers will have to supply builders with the lacking working documentation, and advance construction management systems have to be actively deployed,” Valery Limarenko, Director of NIAEP noted.
To remind, at Unit 1 construction site the concreting and reinforcing the reactors building foundation plate, as well as excavating the foundation pit for critical buildings of Unit 2, are in progress.
