Low-enriched fuel produced by Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant, a subsidiary of ROSATOM, has successfully completed qualifying testing for the High Flux Reactor in the Dutch city of Petten.

NCCP and the Netherlands' Nuclear Research and Consultancy Group signed a four-year contract for supply of the fuel in November 2014, marking ROSATOM's entry into the fuel market for research reactors of western design. The two sides are now planning to expand their cooperation further.
