ASE Group of Companies, within the framework of the 10th International Forum ATOMEXPO 2018, will hold panel discussion “Life cycle management – what does the customer want to receive? A physical object or a management platform?”  The discussion organized within the framework of “Digital future and industry 4.0” track, will be dedicated to the trends of market development of digital transformation of companies and tendencies of progress in the context of cooperation in various areas of activities.   
Foreign engineering companies, vendors offering their own digital platforms and products, customers, regulatory authorities and investors, are invited to participate in the event.  The participants of the discussion will define new products that are currently required on the engineering market.  The members of the panel discussion will answer challenging questions related to further development of the digital sector, in particular, to determining which technologies should be invested into today to become a technical leader in the construction industry in 10 years, which services shall be offered, what will the new product “Digital NPP/plant/platform/railway” look like?    
Kostantin Polunin, head of expert practice of the Boston Consulting Group, will perform the role of the moderator. Alexey Belyakov, executive director of the cluster of state-of-the-art nuclear and space technologies of Skolkovo Fund, will tell the participants of the panel about the integration of the solutions of innovation companies into digital platforms of corporations. Robert Fletcher, director of civil nuclear at Rolls-Royce, will share his experience of joint work of Rolls-Royce and Lufthansa for creation of their own digital platform.  
Vladimir Bitki, Siemens sales director in RF and CIS, will make a presentation on the concept of digital twin in machine building. Mikhail Akim, vice-president of ABB in Russia, will make a presentation about the operation of modular platforms in various industrial sectors. Vincent Champain, director of GE Digital Foundry Europe, will speak about digital twins and cloud platforms in terms of using of the state-of-the art technologies for nuclear industry. Vyacheslav Alenkov, director for system engineering and IT-technologies of JSC ASE EC, from the point of view of an EPC-contractor will speak about transformation of the approach towards construction of capital facilities on the basis of digital platforms of the complete life cycle.   
The panel discussion will be held on 14 may from 13:00 to 15:30, in the Green Hall of the Main Media Center.

International forum ATOMEXPO has been held from 2009 at the initiative of ROSATOM. During the past years, about 38 people from 83 countries participated in the forum. 987 companies have presented their exhibitions. 1116 experts have participated in 141 round-table discussions as speakers.
