Since 2008 we have been implementing the Rosatom Production System (RPS) aimed at a fourfold increase in performance by 2020 and a reduction in production costs. RPS is designed to maximise productivity per employee by targeting inefficiences in operation and management processes. RPS ensures on-going performance improvement and cost management through the introduction of lean manufacturing practices.
