The Engineering Division of ROSATOM has participated in the ХXV-th  anniversary Belarusian Energy and Environmental Forum Energy Expo 2021 that was held in Minsk from the 12th to the 15th of October.
Within the framework of the Forum, seminars, conferences, round tables and exhibitions devoted to energy, energy saving, ecology, water and air technologies were held. This event was attended by the representatives from more than 200 companies from 6 countries of the world.
The Engineering Division has presented an exposition at Energy Expo 2021 telling about technological and innovative achievements of the Russian nuclear industry, as well as about the advanced competencies in the field of the project management and engineering. In particular, at the ASE exposition booth the interactive game "NPP Designer" was demonstrated allowing to study the main stages of the nuclear power plant design and construction. The game had been developed on the example of construction of the two-unit NPP with a VVER-1200 reactor of safety generation III+. The game participant could familiarize himself with the milestones of the NPP construction and solve the simulated situations arising at various stages of construction. The main goal of the game is to go through all the milestones of the nuclear power plant construction and make the right decisions, while not exceeding the budget and meeting the project implementation deadlines.
At the booth of the Engineering Division visitors could also review video materials about construction of Belarus NPP and its significance for the economy of the Republic of Belarus.
During the exhibition, the exposition of ROSATOM was visited by more than 1000 people, including the Minister of Energy of Belarus Viktor Karankevich, Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus Valentin Tataritsky and others.
