Power Generation

 

Rosatom comes second in the world in terms of installed nuclear capacity and the number of nuclear units in operation. In total, 38 nuclear units are operated in Russia at 11 nuclear power sites (including floating nuclear power plant, based in Pevek). Total installed capacity of all Russian NPPs amounts to 30.3 GWe. Nuclear plants generate more than 19% of Russian electricity.
